Can i offer to an AP user send his money through moneygram?

I would like to know if this is against TOS: Someone can't withdraw his founds from AP he send me his money to my account and i send him that money using moneygram. Thanks.

using western union to withdraw/add funds

Alertpay can use western union for adding and withdrawing funds. They can add this as an option. as many of us facing problem with bank transfer etc. I know it's a bit expensive. but hei I said it's going to be an option only . now who ever willing to spend for the cost will apply. ****to support...
