Add Funds by ATM Machine

Hello! Last April 1st I went to a ATM Machine and transfer 100 Euros to my AlertPay Account. I dont insert the Bank Deposit Code because there was no field to do it. The only available fields are IBAN and AMOUNT . I send two emails to ALERTPAY and till now not a single answer. What can I do to solve...
