Login Problems

Lately i am issuing some login problems with the AlertPay site. It simply takes more time to login now than before, and often i need to try more than one time in order to access my account. Hope that this is only a temporary issue. Thanks.

Upgrade from Pro to Business?

I have been wondering is it possible to upgrade my account from Pro to Business. Anyone know? Or if that is not possible, are we allowed to have more than one Alertpay accounts?
