I cannot log in to alertpay.I already tried changing my password like 5 times and still can not. What can I do? I already sent them a email. I need to withdraw my money. Please help me!! Become Verified

Hi, I has sumitted about 5 days ago required document to become verified, and have mailed to Support Center a problem in verified, name on phone bill is my father name, because I'm still live with family, but now, my account verification status is still unverified.
