Yes.. it's happened to us... I have submitted 4 withdrawal on last week but until today still pending.

I have sent notice through AP ticket support but still not any response...

Help me adding a bank account

1. I am from Vietnam and I have an account in TechComBank. I want to add the bank account to my AlertPay but I dont know what I should fill these fields:

- Bank Code: (Which code? Telex or SWIFT or REUTERS? My bank does not have any other international code)

- Branch Code: my bank does not have a branch code

- SWIFT BIC: Is this SWIFT code I mentioned above?

- Bank name: my full bank name is "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint- stock Bank - Techcombank" but it's auto cut off to "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint- stock ". Can I enter "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Bank" only?

- Bank phone number: Do I have to start with 84 (my country code)?

- Bank contact name: is it "TechComBank" or a specific person name? Because there are many agents at the same phone line to support customers, I dont know which name should be filled here (indeed, I dont know any staff's name).

2. Is bank-wire really available for banks in Vietnam? I dont want to request withdraw and get "declined" message because of unsupported bank/method. If yes, how long does it often take?

3. I see the fee for check is just $0.50. Can I receive check and save $14.50 (because bank wire fee is $15.00). How long will check arrive my address? How long will a check be valid to? I dont know why but in Vietnam, a mailing package often get around 45-60 days to reach my address and I dont know how long will it take to turn check into cash. I am afraid that the check will be expired before I can get cash in my hand or my bank account....

Cannot Withdraw money in my Account

OK.

I am in the United states. I have been using paypal for over 8 years and decided to try alertpay.com . I can tell you I am very disapointed.

I have contacted the helpdesk support, but do not get any resolution. All I received was the same information they have posted on their website about not been able to do bank tranfer.

Issue:

I have $139 sitting in my account for over a month. The only thing I can do is look at it, but i cannot withdraw it. I have never seen anything like this.

Lucky for me I ony did a test transaction with this system to see how it works. I was right to try it this way.

I do a about 5 to 10K of sales every month, I think you have lost a valuable customer. I was very unhappy with paypal, but I can see why paypal is and will always be the #1

I need to know why I can only withdraw $20 out of my account at a time. Is this a joke or for real?

If you have fraudulent check system, I can understand that. In that case you need to know the people you are dealing with by fully check them out. You cannot hold money in hostage.

So I need to hear from somebody or I will have to turn this over to toher organization.

I will be sending this same message over to the helpdesk as well. This would be my 3rd one so far.

if u dont tell me about that then why am i wasting my time at ptc sites like neobux,
neobux paid me to alertpay its great but the main thing is when will alertpay pay me

Can i offer to an AP user send his money through moneygram?

I would like to know if this is against TOS:

Someone can't withdraw his founds from AP he send me his money to my account and i send him that money using moneygram.

Hi support,

I've send contact form but no reply.

I've withdraw money from AlertPay to my CIMB and the transition is completed from my account on AlertPay Aug 12, 2008.

But until now my bank account is not credit with the fund withdrawal.

8/12/2008 Withdrawal By Bank Transfer Completed - 692.00 MYR 15.00 MYR - 677.00 MYR

This is not the 1st time happen to me .

Any help on this matter is greatfull, thank you.

Problems with reference numbers

I'm really confused about this now. First, Alertpay says:

It says reference is A1B6A-4FA79-39BCF

Then I got e-mail, where is another (??) reference number

Your reference number: 3434390285058

What does that mean, why I have two reference numbers?

Also, my bank didn't allow those references, I tried both. It says just "Check reference number". Then I was thinking should I add the reference to the additional text field, but I didn't find any information that it is needed to add there. So what should I do?
