It Has Been Exactly 14 Days and I dont have funds in my Alertpay Account through Bank Transfer that Deposited??

Hello I am Mozammel Quddus. My alertpay email is : riddhiantom916@gmail.com

Exactly 14 days ago. Malaysian Time 11:48 P.M. 8th September I did a Bank transfer of RM 2200 = USD 645 (APPROX) from my Banks online website to Alertpays Bank Account in Malaysia. After 4 days I also contacted Alertpay through the contact section I didnt receive any reply from them yet. It is currently 23rd september 1:00 AM Malaysian Tim.

My Bank was CIMB Bank in Malaysia the transaction was accepted by my bank. So I am asking you where is my Money? Alertpay Admins please solve it I need the money in my AP Account Quickly.

This my reference Number for the transaction: F8931-231C1-1887E

I put the Bank deposit Code and reference Number in the Remarks Box

as there was no place else to put them I also mentioned it 10 days ago when I contacted Alertpay and got no replies.

I will show in Screenshots about my transaction.

I am also posting a screenshot of my Bank Transfer from my Bank to Alertpay Bank in Malaysia .

I find that Alertpay is really slow at replying email

I had this problem recently where i initiated 2 bank transfer, where the 1st one was a wrong one with wrong bank code input in the bank section so i fear Alertpay will had problem tally my fund transfer if i initiated from my bank so i request to cancel that and requested a 2nd one with a correct one. They reply me with a email asking for the exact date and bank code and bank, so i gave them the 1st one info except bank code as after deleting and adding a new bank info the 1st request bank code was gone. But i gave them the DATE which happen both transaction fall on different date, one on the 14 Aug and the other on the 15 Aug.

So after waited for 2 weeks on 26 Aug, i finally got a reply saying it had been cancel and i check they cancelled both of them together where i had done an online money transfer on 24 Aug as i need the money asap. So now both transaction is cancel where will my fund go?

Is there any Alertpay staff here can answer my question and solve this long and unsolved problem of mine. It like taking me 2 week to solve a small problem and in the end it added more problem to me.

Problems with reference numbers

I'm really confused about this now. First, Alertpay says:

It says reference is A1B6A-4FA79-39BCF

Then I got e-mail, where is another (??) reference number

Your reference number: 3434390285058

What does that mean, why I have two reference numbers?

Also, my bank didn't allow those references, I tried both. It says just "Check reference number". Then I was thinking should I add the reference to the additional text field, but I didn't find any information that it is needed to add there. So what should I do?

I've got the same problem of Ms. Walker. On 05/05/2008 I ordered a bank transfer of Euro 70,00 from my bank account (Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, in Italy) and after 13 days I didn't get any money yet! Furthermore no answer to my messages sent from the contact page. What's going on? I really need that money, so please kindly try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Add Funds by ATM Machine

Hello!

Last April 1st I went to a ATM Machine and transfer 100 Euros to my AlertPay Account. I dont insert the Bank Deposit Code because there was no field to do it. The only available fields are IBAN and AMOUNT.

I send two emails to ALERTPAY and till now not a single answer. What can I do to solve the problem.

My Bank Account in Portugal is in the same Bank of ALERTPAY, BES - Banco Espírito Santo
