Tout d'abord bonjours a tous.

je me présente david nouveau sur le serveur Dev je mets en place actuelement un site marchand et on m'a confirmer que je pourrais posée mes questions en français. j'ai pas trop confiance au traducteur automatique donc je me lance.

La premiere question est plutot simple mais je n'ai pas trouver de réponse dans les documents alertpay pour marchand.

Est t'il possible par sécurité d'interdire le paiements de mes clients par carte de credit ? quels est la variable a utiliser dans mon formulaire ?

merci a vous et j'espere que cette premiere question pas trés technique ne généras personne.

What shows up on customers credit card statement?

Recently a customer asked this and I'm not sure what shows up. Lets say I'm selling an erotic poster. Does it show on the credit card? Or just AlertPay? Or the business name I put up on my AlertPay business account?

No Pay Button Appears To Continue With The Payment!!

Hi.

Numerous customers are trying to checkout using AlertPay through Zen Cart AlertPay payment module and they get to the credit card details page where they have the option of logging into their AlertPay account or simply inputting their credit card details and continuing with payment. They complete this step BUT on the next page (confirmation page) where it states what will appear on their credit card and who they are paying and what they are paying for there IS NOT A PAY OR CANCEL BUTTON to continue with their payment!

I have attached a screen shot of the VERY LAST CONFIRMATION PAGE they can access before they SHOULD be able to hit "PAY" or "CANCEL" in the bottom right hand corner but as you can see it does not appear! This is very frustrating and these problems need to be fixed immedietely.

Please see the screen shot and notice at the bottom after all details of who and what your paying for there is no PAY button to continue!

IT SHOULD HAVE A PAY BUTTON TO CONTINUE AND ACTUALLY MAKE THIS PAYMENT AS WELL AS A CANCEL BUTTON!

i want to add credit card to my accont.so now am sking few questions about that.i am from india.

1..how much time will it take to get verify my card??

2..how much fees will alertpay take when i send money to someone with my card?

3..what is limitation for my card[min-max amount to be sent]??

4..i saw there are issues with credit card at the moment -so can i send money or is it not available at the moment??

Hello,

This limit is set to each user account. If your customer tries to pay for something that is over 250USD with their credit card, then the transaction will not be accepted.

Please note that the limit is reset at the beginning of the calendar month.

I have been finding this info for something but no one has the answer.

And why Singapore is not in the supported country? Since our country is verifed for bank transfer why not also in Credit Card usage?

Since you don't accept to add a credit card to my account for my country can I send myself money through a pay button since you accept credit cards from Egypt and without signing up so I can pay anonymously without logining in as a guest.

Is this allowed?

This is a personal message from me, but i am sure that all the members have the same opinion.

AlertPay is the best PayPal alternative, but there are certain thing that should be improved ASAP:

1. Alert Pay should process customer's applications much faster (account verification, cc verification, reply from the support). Up to 48 hours is a resonable time period. It must not happen that PayPal with a much larger customer base have a better support!

2. Verification documents should be accepted in any language, not only in english. As many of us (maybe even majority) live in countries where english is not an official language, and where documents are not issued in english. Translating them can take additional time, cost and efforts.

3. Specifically for my business, and all others that have subscription items, we need an automatic recurring billing to customer's credit card without a need to deposit their AlertPay account nor to set some payment preferences into their account. The simpler the better! Or we will be issuing lots of refunds!

Here is my case study: I am creating a membership site with subscription payments and members mass payouts on a monthly basis. As of this structure, i can only use one payment system, and the choice came to AlertPay. Now, where the problems can occur? When my new customers who aren't AlertPay users yet open their AlertPay account and start dealing with the delaying and unsolving problems. When they try to verify their new account, when they ask a question to AlertPay and wait days for the response, or no response at all. And here is the link to the thread about subscription problems, that, i admit, haven't experienced yet, as my site is not published yet (http://dev.alertpay.com/forums/t/417.aspx).

I know that nothing can be pefect, so we cannot expect here a payment processor without problems, but these problems CAN and MUST be solved faster. And everyone will be happier!
