I am in the United states. I have been using paypal for over 8 years and decided to try alertpay.com . I can tell you I am very disapointed.

I have contacted the helpdesk support, but do not get any resolution. All I received was the same information they have posted on their website about not been able to do bank tranfer.

Issue:

I have $139 sitting in my account for over a month. The only thing I can do is look at it, but i cannot withdraw it. I have never seen anything like this.

Lucky for me I ony did a test transaction with this system to see how it works. I was right to try it this way.

I do a about 5 to 10K of sales every month, I think you have lost a valuable customer. I was very unhappy with paypal, but I can see why paypal is and will always be the #1

I need to know why I can only withdraw $20 out of my account at a time. Is this a joke or for real?

If you have fraudulent check system, I can understand that. In that case you need to know the people you are dealing with by fully check them out. You cannot hold money in hostage.

So I need to hear from somebody or I will have to turn this over to toher organization.

I will be sending this same message over to the helpdesk as well. This would be my 3rd one so far.

Thank you.

It tooks 1 month to receive my answer!!

Then i've been said that i must send them the transfer proof.

I've send it right away. But they cant open attachments on e-mails. And then said for me to send them a fax.

I tried to do so, but the fax is international!

Obsviously that fax to their country will cost me much more than the tranfer i did.

Send the details by e-mail again but writted by my self for them to track the deposit down.

And i'm still waiting the answer!!...Just unbelievable!..

My ticket ID is ZBC-135549...can you please admin check it or do anything about it?!

I like your service...but your support its just extremely slow!!

Best regards,

Telmo Luis.

Transfer made to NIB instead of IBAN

Hi, im new here and recently i had a problem about making a transfer.

i´de like to know this:

i live in Portugal and i want to transfer money from my bank account to my account in alertpay.

alertpay sent me the transfer details for the transfer but they gave me the IBAN and in my country, since their bank has a portuguese bank account and they got NIB ( number of bank identification) i made a domestic transfer for that NIB.

the NIB is the exact same nunber as the IBAN except the PT50 caracters and the account is the same.

is this possible???

can we make transfers from my NIB to thair NIB????

in my country this is faster than transfers for the account nunber or foreign transfers (IBAN) so why it past 5 days and no money in alertpay account?

i´ve send a ticket to customer support with all details and still no answer.

this is the tickets id : KST-654901.

Your reference number:
3434390285058

What does that mean, why I have two reference numbers?

Also, my bank didn't allow those references, I tried both. It says just "Check reference number". Then I was thinking should I add the reference to the additional text field, but I didn't find any information that it is needed to add there. So what should I do?

Deposit from BPI Portugal to your Portuguese account.

Hi!
I've done an deposit some weeks ago that was lost for more than one week and required me to call several times to Canada and spend alot of money in phonecalls.

Due to the visacard limit I'll have to do another deposit again, and I would like to know if there is any contact that I can send the deposit proof so it doesn't take so much time and don't require me to call you by phone again.
Last time I've send the deposit with the reference number and everything but even that way it doesn't work. One of my friends have his deposit pending for more than one week so that must be a problem with portuguese transfers.
This on I really need to have it availiable soon so I would like know if there is any way to send the payment proof as soon as I deposit the money so it can be found by alertpay.

Best regards.

Add Funds by ATM Machine

Hello!

Last April 1st I went to a ATM Machine and transfer 100 Euros to my AlertPay Account. I added my bank account, got the two micro deposits, confirmed my bank account in alert pay, and so far, so good!

The problem appeared when I tried to fund my account. After a few days, I noticed my deposit was "Returned per ODFI's request" and that I was fined with 25 usd. I have no idea what "ODFI's request" means nor why it happened. I was also shocked to find out that I have to pay a 25-usd-fine without really knowing why. I thought fees in Alert Pay were really low!

I got an email from Alert Pay asking me to explain why the transaction was declined and that my account has been locked. I sent an email through "Support Center" but I have got no answer up to now. As stated above, I have no idea why it happened. What else do I have to do to have my account unlocked? Is it still locked? How can I tell?

To be honest, I find it very unfair that I have to pay a fine even before I began using Alert Pay... is there any chance that that fine be cancelled? I hope there is!

I hope I have not been rude here. I didn't mean to.

I look forward to an answer.

Evelyn
