Help me adding a bank account

1. I am from Vietnam and I have an account in TechComBank. I want to add the bank account to my AlertPay but I dont know what I should fill these fields:

- Bank Code: (Which code? Telex or SWIFT or REUTERS? My bank does not have any other international code)

- Branch Code: my bank does not have a branch code

- SWIFT BIC: Is this SWIFT code I mentioned above?

- Bank name: my full bank name is "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint- stock Bank - Techcombank" but it's auto cut off to "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint- stock ". Can I enter "Vietnam Technological and Commercial Bank" only?

- Bank phone number: Do I have to start with 84 (my country code)?

- Bank contact name: is it "TechComBank" or a specific person name? Because there are many agents at the same phone line to support customers, I dont know which name should be filled here (indeed, I dont know any staff's name).

2. Is bank-wire really available for banks in Vietnam? I dont want to request withdraw and get "declined" message because of unsupported bank/method. If yes, how long does it often take?

3. I see the fee for check is just $0.50. Can I receive check and save $14.50 (because bank wire fee is $15.00). How long will check arrive my address? How long will a check be valid to? I dont know why but in Vietnam, a mailing package often get around 45-60 days to reach my address and I dont know how long will it take to turn check into cash. I am afraid that the check will be expired before I can get cash in my hand or my bank account....

Hi,

I´m portuguese too, and i did the transfer to their NIB with the Bank Deposit Code on the description.

I did it on 09/07/2008, exactly 5 months from now!

And i've waited a bit more than the 5 days, then send a ticket. It tooks 1 month to receive my answer!!

Then i've been said that i must send them the transfer proof.

I've send it right away. But they cant open attachments on e-mails. And then said for me to send them a fax.

I tried to do so, but the fax is international!

Obsviously that fax to their country will cost me much more than the tranfer i did.

Send the details by e-mail again but writted by my self for them to track the deposit down.

And i'm still waiting the answer!!...Just unbelievable!..

My ticket ID is ZBC-135549...can you please admin check it or do anything about it?!

I like your service...but your support its just extremely slow!!

Transfer made to NIB instead of IBAN

Hi, im new here and recently i had a problem about making a transfer.

i´de like to know this:

i live in Portugal and i want to transfer money from my bank account to my account in alertpay.

alertpay sent me the transfer details for the transfer but they gave me the IBAN and in my country, since their bank has a portuguese bank account and they got NIB ( number of bank identification) i made a domestic transfer for that NIB.

the NIB is the exact same nunber as the IBAN except the PT50 caracters and the account is the same.

is this possible???

can we make transfers from my NIB to thair NIB????

in my country this is faster than transfers for the account nunber or foreign transfers (IBAN) so why it past 5 days and no money in alertpay account?

i´ve send a ticket to customer support with all details and still no answer.

this is the tickets id : KST-654901.

please admin help me. thank you.

Adding a bank in my alertpay

I have recently upgrade my alertpay to pro

I need to attach an account from my country(philippines) to it.

As I was trying, there are so many things I do not know

could someone help me, step by step

bank code: what is this (do alertpay have a list!?) please send me if, I will just as specifically what is my bank code

branch code: dunno this either

SWIFT BIC: now i dunno what language you are speaking

IBAN: now i dunno what language you are speaking

how do i know these, where can i find info?

Hi support,

I've send contact form but no reply.

I've withdraw money from AlertPay to my CIMB and the transition is completed from my account on AlertPay Aug 12, 2008.

But until now my bank account is not credit with the fund withdrawal.

8/12/2008 Withdrawal By Bank Transfer Completed - 692.00 MYR 15.00 MYR - 677.00 MYR

This is not the 1st time happen to me .

Any help on this matter is greatfull, thank you.
