I have a Social Security System (SSS) ID and&amp;nbsp; a Postal ID. Those IDs are highly honored as identification in the Philippines. I use those 2 IDs to open bank accounts here in the Philippines. I do not understand why AlertPay would not accept my IDs as verification. My credit card statement is already accepted. I only have problem with my IDs not being accepted as verification for my Personal Pro Account. As a result, I cannot request a Bank Wire to my account. What the hell? Alert Pay should process customer&amp;#39;s applications much faster (account verification, cc verification, reply from the support). Up to 48 hours is a resonable time period. It must not happen that PayPal with a much larger customer base have a better support!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Verification documents should be accepted in any language, not only in english. As many of us (maybe even majority) live in countries where english is not an official language, and where documents are not issued in english. Translating them can take additional time, cost and efforts.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Specifically for my business, and all others that have subscription items, we need an automatic recurring billing to customer&amp;#39;s credit card without a need to deposit their AlertPay account nor to set some payment preferences into their account. The simpler the better! Or we will be issuing lots of refunds! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here is my case study: I am creating a membership site with subscription payments and members mass payouts on a monthly basis. As of this structure, i can only use one payment system, and the choice came to AlertPay. Now, where the problems can occur? When my new customers who aren&amp;#39;t AlertPay users yet open their AlertPay account and start dealing with the delaying and unsolving problems. When they try to verify their new account, when they ask a question to AlertPay and wait days for the response, or no response at all.
