Is AlertPay down?

I cannot log in to alertpay.I already tried changing my password like 5 times and still can not. What can I do? I already sent them a email. I need to withdraw my money. Please help me!! Everytime I try to log in it says invalid credentials. And I know my account is veriffied because I got the email and clicked on the link.

Hi,

I has sumitted about 5 days ago required document to become verified, and have mailed to Support Center a problem in verified, name on phone bill is my father name, because I'm still live with family, but now, my account verification status is still unverified.

What else should I do ?

Pending Account Verification

Hi....i'am Personal Starter Verified ...but one week ago my account have pending account verification....2 times write email to customersupport@alertpay.com but until now not have reply. my ticket is #2008052710005224
and i already makes update my address information...in alertpay site said If you update your address information and your account was verified, you will no longer be verified.but how long you process my account...? because i need to buy something....
