  • Collection Agency To Go After Dishonest Customers

    It would be great if AlertPay would have a Collection Agency we could all use to go after dishonest customers who made unfair Chargeback's. Is there one? If not maybe this would be a great new service AlertPay can provide all of us to get a portion of our money back.

    On Wednesday I had lots of sales especially after turning the phone verification off. So far today at 11:35 PM I got zero sales. It could be a bad day, but I suspect there may be something else wrong here. Anyone else have a unusually bad sales day on Thursday 11/12/2009?

    It seems that you are in a big hurry to get your money back. Fortunately AlertPay does not let dishonest customers get away that easily with the merchants money.

    I also see my Payments now in Euros when it is set for US dollars. I did not change anything.     My sales have been way off since the Phone Validation has been put in place. I think Phone Validation should be removed for now until the bugs are worked out so we all do not go broke. It never should have put in place during the Weekends when customers can not call AlertPay to report problems with it. I for one will want to Opt out of ...
