    I am from Croatia, I withdraw check, and was rejected... now i lost -4$ for check the check in my bank and  -31$ because check was rejected... now i have 35$ looses from my pocket, because alertpay doesnt have money in their bank ? Who will now pay "my debts" ? Alertpay, who is guilty for my debts ,or Jesus Christ?

    Hi Luka,

    We're sorry for the trouble you experienced.  You will be reimbursed fully for this issue caused by our bank.  We will take it up with them directly.  Please send in a support ticket regarding this issue to the Banking Department.
