Alertpay should offer a virtual card like the Net+ Neteller Virtual Card.

This would enable us to shop online where Alertpay is not accepted.

It would be a virtual card associated to an Alertpay account.

It would be like an application that you could install in your computer to generate the card.

 Yup that would explode the use of alertpay. Very good idea. :-)

Though not a virtual card, you can use a CashX Prepaid Card to access your AlertPay funds, and use it for both online and offline purchases. CashX is an authorized funding agent for AlertPay. Check AlertPay's blog for more info:  http://blog.alertpay.com/

It seems the card is only available for US and Canada. Unfortunely, I am not as US or Canada citizen
