I do believe I posted quite a lot here. If that is a concern please e-mail me and I will humbly shut up ;). I am very excited by AlertPay and the possibilities it offers.
My question today concerns customers. As a businessman, I am always learning. My most recent concerns are about customer satisfaction. Specifically, how can you improve customers' satisfaction and make sure they are happy with your product?
I have an excellent product that I deliver in time. Furthermore, I have the following measures implemented.
- All customer e-mails are answered within 24h
- A "Contact Us" form has been implemented and allows instant e-mailing for ALL customers
- Order is sent instantly using IPN. Customers are encouraged to write to my personal e-mail for any problem.
- I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- I also guarantee all my products to be working and have clear ToS on the subject.
I was wondering - also appealing to your imagination - if you had any idea to improve customer satisfaction even more. I am trying to learn and could really use your help. Thank you.
P.S.: Just to make claer - 95% of my customers are fully satisfied and even re-order from me. I am trying to improve customer satisfaction even more.
