Can a refund be issued on a closed Alertpay account?
I mean, if my seller had his account closed, will I be able to open a dispute and refund the money if the item didn't arrive? Thank you

We will attempt to issue you a refund if you have initiated a dispute and the merchant has the available funds.
So, if the closed account has no funds?
Although there is no guarantee of a refund, we will work to recover funds if we feel the buyer's claim is justified.
