Alertexchanger.com? Is it safe to use their Services ?

They have good Services like Transfer from Alertpay to Western Union,Liberty Reserve, Bank Wire and other Services. I need to use their Services ASAP but I'm worried that i will lose my funds if I transfer to them !

Although they said they are the Alertpay Approved Exchanger on their website. Does anyone has Experiences with them here ? Then Please kindly advise me.
