Refund transaction BUG (I guess)

Today my friend did a refund of my transaction and I received next email: "This email is to inform you that Sergii Naryshkin (slavjanin@[censored].com) has issued you a refund for your payment in the amount of $25.00 USD.". But Sergii Naryshkin is MY name (not friend's) and slavjanin@[censored].com isn't a email address from which refund was issued (maybe it is a primary email i don't know but this is 100% not a address from which i received money). Please look.
