Payment Page No MasterCard or AMEX Logo

Now that you again except according to your Blog all three credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express how come I see only the Visa Logo. When will you be adding back the MasterCard and American Express? Also will the customers be able to just use their MasterCard and American Express without signing up with AlertPay?

If they will still need to Signup with AlertPay will you please make a special drop down box etc that brings them to a page where they can enter this special AlertPay information.

Last time I checked when a customer who tried to Login to AlertPay the default is set to Bank account. When a customer changed it to Credit Card from the default set to Bank account and then went to the page to pay it reverted back to Bank account. One customer picked up on this and again changed it back to credit card. But most customers do not pick up on this and if they did not enter their Bank Account information could not figure why they could not pay with credit card. I would like to believe you can fix this because it is costing me sales.

Also would be nice if you have a Log Record of all Credit Card Transactions that got declined so we can all check to see if there was a problem that maybe we can resolve and away to contact this lost sale to see if we can help the customer to put the sale through.

I still notice that somedays I do not get sales now since the updates and so far two customers with good Visa cards called me up asking why the sale was declined when it should have went through. Please AlertPay check to make sure there is not some Bug in your System preventing good Credit Cards from going through because it seems to me there may be a problem.

These are legitimate questions please answer them.

The American Express logo should be up later on today.  We will update our members when the MasterCard logo is placed on the site.  Regardless of the lack of the logos, AlertPay members will be still be able to make payments through our service with their credit cards.  At the moment it is only MasterCard payments that require signing up for AlertPay account.  As with the logos, we will inform all our members when this procedure is no longer necessary for payments made through MasterCard.

As we've discussed in previous phone conversations, please ask your customers to either send us screenshots of the error message they are receiving or to call our Customer Support line (514 748 5774) in order for us to get to the root of their issues and assist them further.  You have not provided us with enough information for us  to properly asses their issues and it would save a lot of time and effort if your customers contacted us directly.
