&lt;p&gt;Also, can Alertpay help you get back your funds by taking the funds from the receiver Mevin sent to? Like if Mevin sent a large amount of money to the receiver on Alertpay but Mevin is not buying any service/product from the receiver, it&amp;#39;s very likely the receiver is in this fraudulent scheme together with Mevin so you should get the funds back from Mevin&amp;#39;s receiver if you can&amp;#39;t it back from Mevin. Basically, Alertpay should check Mevin&amp;#39;s money transfer transactions on Alertpay to see if any are suspicious and they should reverse the suspicious transactions to help get your funds recovered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Customers tell me it is hard enough for them to use their credit 
cards with AlertPay, now customers have to go through a validation code by phone 
that they must enter at checkout to complete their purchase?!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;This has its use but I would like to opt out of this because if 
a customer is using for example an office phone with an extension or there is a 
delay in getting the code the order process may time out or it may be to much 
trouble for the customer. Some customers may only have one phone line and can 
not do this if they are on a dial up connection. Not everyone has a Cell phone 
or DSL.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;I would rather pay 1/2% more as before without this phone 
validation&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
