I have done everything right, uploaded file, but it just wont validate it when i click "next", im using firefox. Anyone know why and how to work-around this?

Funds Not Recovered

Let's say you opened a dispute against a person named Mevin but Alertpay was not successful in recovering your funds. If Mevin already transferred his Alertpay funds to his bank account before, can Alertpay reverse the bank transaction to get back your funds?

Also, can Alertpay help you get back your funds by taking the funds from the receiver Mevin sent to? Like if Mevin sent a large amount of money to the receiver on Alertpay but Mevin is not buying any service/product from the receiver, it's very likely the receiver is in this fraudulent scheme together with Mevin so you should get the funds back from Mevin's receiver if you can't it back from Mevin. Basically, Alertpay should check Mevin's money transfer transactions on Alertpay to see if any are suspicious and they should reverse the suspicious transactions to help get your funds recovered.

Collection Agency To Go After Dishonest Customers

It would be great if AlertPay would have a Collection Agency we could all use to go after dishonest customers who made unfair Chargeback's.

Is there one? If not maybe this would be a great new service AlertPay can provide all of us to get a portion of our money back.

Already patiently wait for 14 working days (docs submitted on 28 oct)

I've sent 2 support ticket as well but no reply (RGD-552528)

I can't transfer money to other party because it needs verification.
So at the moment i can't do anything.
And since it has been more than 3 weeks, this issue has become urgent for us.

Please help to verify ASAP

AlertPay Customer Dispute Freezes Funds But Can Not refund Customers Money

If AlertPay freezes the merchant customers funds for a particular transaction in a dispute why not make an easy way for the merchant to be able to just click on this Customers Frozen Funds and be able to refund it on the spot if they want to. Also make an easy way for the Merchant to be able to block this customer from being able to purchase from that merchant again

Alertpay Transaction Dispute

When you open a dispute, does Alertpay automatically put a hold on the person's account and funds you're disputing against or does Alertpay only manually put a hold once they see your transaction dispute ticket. I'm asking this because I recently opened a transaction dispute a few days ago but Alertpay did not send the other person I'm disputing against a "Contact Request" email and did not respond to my ticket. It's important for Alertpay to put a hold on the person's funds immediately so that my funds can be recovered. It's also important for Alertpay to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I'm hoping Alertpay can improve it's response time.

Phone Validation - Enable/Disable

1) Login to your account
2) Select "Profile"
3) Under "Financial", select "Payment Preferences"

Today two payments have been processed twice:

Reference No: F7908-2EAB4-C46F2 and D784C-1A043-87BF5

Reference No: 6BAD7-EAFBF-BE6A4 and BABE9-E867F-05C16

Two other payments have been processed in wrong curency:

Reference Number: 1A8DF-C42A9-BD000 - customer charged in GBP but should be charged in USD as has been submitted in the payment form.

Reference Number: ABA32-519DC-42592 - customer charged in EUR but should be charged in USD as has been submitted in the payment form.

Please correct them urgently.

Phone validation

When shoppers make a credit card purchase through a website, they will receive a validation code by phone that they must enter at checkout to complete their purchase. This will help protect our sellers by preventing fraudulent payments. This applies to U.S. and Canadian shoppers alone and will only be done one time.

1) How soon customer gets the call ?

2) It says "must enter at checkout to complete their purchase.". Where will they get the CHECKOUT page ?

Phone Validation Problems

Customers tell me it is hard enough for them to use their credit cards with AlertPay, now customers have to go through a validation code by phone that they must enter at checkout to complete their purchase?!

This has its use but I would like to opt out of this because if a customer is using for example an office phone with an extension or there is a delay in getting the code the order process may time out or it may be to much trouble for the customer. Some customers may only have one phone line and can not do this if they are on a dial up connection. Not everyone has a Cell phone or DSL.

I would rather pay 1/2% more as before without this phone validation

je me présente david nouveau sur le serveur Dev je mets en place actuelement un site marchand et on m'a confirmer que je pourrais posée mes questions en français. j'ai pas trop confiance au traducteur automatique donc je me lance.

La premiere question est plutot simple mais je n'ai pas trouver de réponse dans les documents alertpay pour marchand.

Est t'il possible par sécurité d'interdire le paiements de mes clients par carte de credit ? quels est la variable a utiliser dans mon formulaire ?

Instant CC Payments not working

Hi are there any technical difficulties since Friday. I have 5 or 6 people since then who cannot send instant CC payments. People who have joined you and used you before can send payments through their account but nobody new can send an instant CC payment. Thanks
