For a better AlertPay - No excuses!

This is a personal message from me, but i am sure that all the members have the same opinion.

AlertPay is the best PayPal alternative, but there are certain thing that should be improved ASAP:

    1. Alert Pay should process customer's applications much faster (account verification, cc verification, reply from the support). Up to 48 hours is a resonable time period. It must not happen that PayPal with a much larger customer base have a better support!

    2.  Verification documents should be accepted in any language, not only in english. As many of us (maybe even majority) live in countries where english is not an official language, and where documents are not issued in english. Translating them can take additional time, cost and efforts.

    3. Specifically for my business, and all others that have subscription items, we need an automatic recurring billing to customer's credit card without a need to deposit their AlertPay account nor to set some payment preferences into their account. The simpler the better! Or we will be issuing lots of refunds!

Here is my case study: I am creating a membership site with subscription payments and members mass payouts on a monthly basis. As of this structure, i can only use one payment system, and the choice came to AlertPay. Now, where the problems can occur? When my new customers who aren't AlertPay users yet open their AlertPay account and start dealing with the delaying and unsolving problems. When they try to verify their new account, when they ask a question to AlertPay and wait days for the response, or no response at all. And here is the link to the thread about subscription problems, that, i admit, haven't experienced yet, as my site is not published yet (http://dev.alertpay.com/forums/t/417.aspx).

I know that nothing can be pefect, so we cannot expect here a payment processor without problems, but these problems CAN and MUST be solved faster. And everyone will be happier!

    Sincerely for a better AlertPay!

    Hi Sasa,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    1) We are working on response times for everything, as we understand this to be a concern.

    2) They are accepted it in any language as long as they are official documents

    3) This is now done

We're working on improving our overall system on a daily basis.  We appreciate your business and suggestions. The better we do our job, the better you can do yours.

I cannot agree more. Issue 1 is the reason why I change back to paypal ...

I'm even considering that too! I don't know what is the issue behind the lack of support and communication and all I know is it shouldn't be like this. I guess I'll just keep waiting and asking everyone until I get some resolutions...

    I agree with you.

Option 1. and there is another reason that "AlertPay Support does not reasponse to email" so I am scared to do a professional business with them, seems like something scarry happens and AlertPay does not replay like web hosting company Canaca and In the dark, far thousan mile away I get scared alone at the room because I dont have anyone to assist!

Like in Die Hard 4, Call 911 but NO ONE WILL HELPS YOU! Also few friend already noted me that AlertPay is SC*AM (maybe they are wrong, they think s*cam because alertpay does not response there email) Similar happens to me, I dropped four email and about 5-6 days but no response. While usually, PayPal response to me next day! At least they try to assist, and I would not say AlertPay is a perfect alternative of PayPal. If they are not able to improve there customer service quality, they will be surely lost aslike other thousand of payment processing company like Firepay, came one year. and gone next year!

The most important fact in online industries is, "How you assist your customer" No matter, you had a big office. You drive big cars, or you have million dollar in Bank. Everything we care "Are you helping us when our 10 or 20 bucks stucked!"

I would say, they should really think about this. And at least upgrade there customer support grade to 3-4*, Let's see what they do. Until then, I am back to PayPal. At least they response my emails and I am not afraid of losing my money because they wont never close my account and instead they will hold the fund.

    Cheers!

    Great!

I would suggest, upgrade your fee's, get more from people and add more manpowers in your office for response, I think you are not enough for that. :) I hope to receive response in 2-3 days then again I reply and response of that after few weeks :) but at least, I am the lucky one who getting responed instead of those people who waiting 2 month to get there money back.

Hooo this is so true...I'm draging a fund deposit in two months and who knows how much more will it take! I've been writing all around and no one can tell me if everything is in order! I'm always being told that it is passed to the banking team and then...blank! Seriously AlertPay MUST find a way to support their customers!
