Hi It’s catherine walker here again, and after finally getting a reply from Alert pay who asked me to send my bank receipt to them..so that they could track down my $45 transfer of funds.. I still haven’t had any response at all. I have sent more than 6 letters to alert pay plus a copy of my bank receipt from the ANZ bank here showing my deposit /Transfer of $45 from australia
to Alert pay…all should be in order..and I should have been able to see clearance of my money by now !
This transfer was meant to clear by the 8th of April 2008
It is now the 1st of may 2008.,,this is just ridiculous.
I am both upset and really horrified that this $45 transfer could take so long to clear…what if this had been a larger amount of money
and what if I had needed
this money for some type of emergency situation..would it still take so long to clear the funds..?
Not only that ..I am horrified that no-one from Alert pay has still
not responded
to any of my letters. I needed this $45 to join an online business..now I feel that the opportunity to make some money from this has
passed me by…I am too late to join and make profit now.
please clear my $45 ..thankyou ..It may not be a lot of money to some people out there..and maybe they are thinking that it’s not worth all this fuss..but I do need that money ..plus I’m on carers pension..so money is pretty short around here.
