    Can't get response from support at Alert pay

     Hi There, I'm sorry to have to do this, but I am posting in as many alert pay forums as I can ..because I can't seem to get a response from anyone at Alert pay.

    This is the message I posted in another forum..I do hope that someone can help me ASAP..as I need my $45 thanks

    Hi there, I’m worried because I transferred some money $45 Au
    dollars to the alert pay account and it was meant to be cleared for me on the 8th of april 2008..It’s now the  18th of april 2008 and after 4 emails /letters to the customer support there ..I still haven’t had any response and have still not seen my money cleared, for me to to use yet..?
    It’s a shame you know because I really needed that money to join an online business and the money was for a membership fee.
    I just wonder why someone couldn’t have written to me and explained the delay..?
    the money definitely went through from the bank here at ANZ..I went in and sent it personally and have the REF number ect.

    Hi It’s catherine walker here again, and after finally getting a reply from Alert pay who asked me to send my bank receipt to them..so that they could track down my $45 transfer of funds.. I still haven’t had any response at all. I have sent more than 6 letters to alert pay plus a copy of my bank receipt from the ANZ bank here showing my deposit /Transfer of $45 from australia
    to Alert pay…all should be in order..and I should have been able to see clearance of my money by now !
    This transfer was meant to clear by the 8th of April 2008
    It is now the 1st of may 2008.,,this is just ridiculous.
    I am both upset and really horrified that this $45 transfer could take so long to clear…what if this had been a larger amount of money
    and what if I had needed
    this money for some type of emergency situation..would it still take so long to clear the funds..?
    Not only that ..I am horrified that no-one from Alert pay has still
    not responded
    to any of my letters. I needed this $45 to join an online business..now I feel that the opportunity to make some money from this has
    passed me by…I am too late to join and make profit now.

    please clear my $45 ..thankyou ..It may not be a lot of money to some people out there..and maybe they are thinking that it’s not worth all this fuss..but I do need that money ..plus I’m on carers pension..so money is pretty short around here.

    thanks , I hope the CEO can work this out pronto for me.
    I’m tired of sending letters to people.

    Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. Can you please PM me your email address so I can look into this for you.  If you provided all the correct information there should have been no delay.

     Hello Chris,

    I've got the same problem of Ms. Walker. On 05/05/2008 I ordered a bank transfer of Euro 70,00 from my  bank account  (Banca Intesa  Sanpaolo,  in Italy)  and after 13 days I didn't  get any  money yet!  Furthermore no answer to my messages sent from the contact page. What's going on? I really need that money, so please kindly try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you
