    Ultimately I need:

a secure, online payment feature for my e-commerce website. Ultimately, I need an application in which the buyer is capable of making two payments, to two separate parties, in one transaction. So A (buyer) pays B (my company) and C (vendor) in one check out process. PayPal does not currently offer this function. Can the AlertPay handle this feature?

    Hi Shahrol,

That's great news. If possible, can you set us up an account for us so we can review it and test out your cart.  If you guys put up a logo somewhere on your site showing the integration, I'll get a section setup here for you guys to promote your cart.

A lot of people ask us for carts, and we can point them your way :)

    Hi Hanif,

Is your response in reference to my original question about whether or not there is a program out there that can split a transaction to two separate accounts?

Ultimately, I'm looking for the following:

A buyer to make a purchase (for example: $10), and for that transaction to be split between two accounts (for example: $5 to the user that submitted the design, and $5 to my company for hosting the design).

Does that make sense? And is it doable?

    Thanks,
    MultiPay

Hello I use the alertpay module for www.zencart.com  from Gray Appleton.
This module unfortunately changed every order into american dollars,
no matter which currency was used by paying. That means,
that module changes every money into USD.

    Re: AlertPay Shopping Carts

I have a working cart in ASP.NET that I doing the final testing on. The backend can work with MS Access, SQL Sever 2000 or SQL Sever 2005. I should have final security testing complete by this week. The source is free and written in VB.

Secondary, I have a Perl  v5 based cart for Linux and Unix. I will be testing the ipn later in the week. It's running behind the ASP.NET cart but is complete other than IPN testing.

I was looking at many options intially for clients and will have the two MS starter kits Alertpay capible.  Small Business and Classifieds.

These will be released as beta and updated as required. Security is paramount is being tested.

Feel free to pm with questions or requests.

    Thanks a million, Dave

    Hi,

This module has been updated and no longer defaults immediatly to USD. You should replace the older module with the newer module.

With the new module you can accept CAD, EUR, GBP, USD and AUD all other payment will default back to USD

    Re: AlertPay Shopping Carts

Well I think this can be done using a couple of .php scripts - I know what I'd like but don't exactly know how to do it.

    1. A .php page that stores 'values' sent to it from a Shopping page, where people can browse your products, select the ones they want, and send those values To this page.

    2. When ready to check out; you go To that page - which will display the items sent to it;

    3. A check out button will send the Total amount to AlertPay, and an email to the specified email so that you'll know what all was included in that order.

Is a script like that possible?
