    Deposit from BPI Portugal to your Portuguese account.

    Hi! I've done an deposit some weeks ago that was lost for more than one week and required me to call several times to Canada and spend alot of money in phonecalls. Due to the visacard limit I'll have to do another deposit again, and I would like to know if there is any contact that I can send the deposit proof so it doesn't take so much time and don't require me to call you by phone again. Last time I've send the deposit with the reference number and everything but even that way it doesn't work. One of my friends have his deposit pending for more than one week so that must be a problem with portuguese transfers. This on I really need to have it availiable soon so I would like know if there is any way to send the payment proof as soon as I deposit the money so it can be found by alertpay. Best regards.

     Have you opened a ticket by using the Contact Us link on our website? 

     

    Please use our Contact Us form or email customersupport@alertpay.com with the following details:

     

    If you can please submit a scan of your transaction receipt, or the bank statement to help us locate the transfer from your bank account to ours, this would be greatly appreciated.  

    If you have conducted the transaction online within your bank account you may send a screen shot of the transaction.
     
    The proof MUST contain the following information:

    -Your full name as it appears on the bank account:
    -Name of your bank:
    -Account number deposit was made to(our account):
    -The amount of the transfer:
    -Date of transfer:

    Once received we will forward this to our banking department for review.

    Thanks! The first transfer is completed after I've called several times to alertpay. This time I was just asking what can I do so I don't have to do the phone calls again. When I complete this transfer I'll send you all the proofs :) Best Regards Chris :)

    Please don't send the transaction details right away - this is only used to trace the payment if the reference number is not included with the transaction.

     

    If there isn't enough room to include the entire Bank Deposit Code with your bank's online banking website, please remove any digits that the reference number starts with.

     

     For example: the Bank Deposit Code is 3434111111111 (13 digits)

     If your bank's website only has an eleven (11) digit field, please remove the first two numbers. --> e.g.: enter only 34111111111

     

    This will ensure that the transaction will go through smoothly,
