 Hi, please see my issue in red below:

1. Download the confirmation file -it is ok
2. Upload this confirmation file to your root directory: http://www.mywebsitename.com/alertpayverification.html - I need help for this because I have no idea what to do. I'm creating an online shop for the first time from a template and I have no knowledge at all on webdesign.
3. Click "Next"

You must upload the confirmation file to the root directory of your website via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or your web host's control panel. If you need further assistance with this matter, we suggest that you contact your web hosting company or your web administrator regarding the uploading of the confirmation file (alertpayverification.html).

When done properly, you should be able to view it by visiting "http://yourwebsite.com/alertpayverification.html" from your web browser.
