I apologize for my rudeness here; I was stupid to say such a statement, and I retract that. I am just a struggling freelance writer, so even do it is only £70 or so, it is very important to me, especially during these times.
I have attempted to contact customer service via email, but to no avail, as I have not gotten a response. Again, I apologize for my baseless claims, it's simply just I was annoyed after losing my money and then failing to get service, which is still no reason for me to make such a claim.
