For some reason credit card processing seems to be very difficult for some customers. I get calls all the time that even when they set up an AlertPay Account they still can not make a payment.

Things need to be made easier for customers to pay with their credit cards with AlertPay and for them not to get the decline message when they have a good credit card.

Example: A customer tonight even went to the trouble to set up an AlertPay account and there was not any easy way the customer could see to change the payment method to her credit card. Why doesn't AlertPay make the default payment method credit cards for non merchants to avoid these problems? Or make it more clear for customers who do not need to become a merchant to understand how to set up an account easier.
