I am using Alertpay as gateway to a Zencart shop. The products get listed in the shopping cart as normal (can see item names), however when I proceed to Alertpay for checkout the product names are omitted and I do not know what product the client selected? The only field showing up in Alertpay is the general products description required by the Alertpay payment module (I am using the Gary Appleton module).
What can I do to assure that the product names will be visible in Alertpay?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
