I've sent 2 support ticket since about 5 days ago but still no answer from Alertpay.

This is my latest updated ticket : BEQ-694706  [ previous ticket : RKE-217771 ]

I hope you can reply my ticket soon because it's a urgent issue for me, and also I have some business that must be completed soon.

Actually, the first ticket was created on September 14th and has just been responded to. Please note that it takes up to 10 business days to complete the verification process.

Could you please update the status of the below tickets. Almost all the tickets were generated 15 days ago.Moreover i regularly updated in the ticket.
