    Unable to create a new account

    Hi,

     Since Sunday I have tried to create a new account and have been unable to do so. I have tried several browsers (IE, Netscape, Firefox, Avant) with the same result. Most times I get to the home page and click the Signup link. A few times I get to the next page where I select which account type. Fewer times still (perhaps 4 out of 50 attempts) I actually get to enter my information. I click Next... never has it gone beyond that point...just times out.

    I submitted a support query but was told that it could take up to 5 business days for a reply.

    What gives?

    Hi Leo,

    What type of internet connection do you have?

    What country are you located in?

    When did you last try?

    I have high speed cable.

    Canada

    About 2 minutes ago. " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" is the error message after I click "Next" after entering my information.

    Another thing...when I attempt to make a credit card payment to an American after clicking on his AlertPay button, and select Canada from the list of countries, I get the page expired message again.
