    my problems with alertpay

    Hello all, i have an alertpay my story of problems happened at about 16 April i tried to login by my account but i couldn't ( what occur when i add my mail and password ; the browser loading but not accessed) so i thinked that there are problems with the site but this problem still till 18 April so i sent at this date an e-mail to contact of the alertpay (although i asked one of my friends in USA to enter my account and he accessed it easily without any problems aslo i entered it rom another pc at one of my friends here in my country "Egypt" ) ( and also i removed my windows any installed it again , restarted my router and made anything i thinked in ) so i entered the site and to "contact us" i writted the message but i couldn't proceed it "it made as when i tried to log in " so i entered my mail and sent the massage to " customersupport@alertpay.com " but till now they didn't replied me and this is the message i sent """"" hi alertpay i am mohamed rabea from Egypt i have an account with e-mails mrkeanwy1@yahoo.com and mrkenawy1@gmail.com firstly : from the days i cannot access my account i enter my mail and password and it make as loading to enter the site but it doesn't enter so i thinked that there is problems with your site but i can't from that day to enter my account so i asked of a friend from USA to enter with his account and he told me that there isn't any problem so i asked him to enter with my account and access with no errors so i asked him also to change my primary mail to ensure and i tried to enter but i can't so he suugest to restart the touter and change my windowns and i made all that but also i cannot access my account so also asked my friends from here (Egypt) to enter the site eith thier account and they entered without any problems you should know that also i tried to send this message from contact us but not proceed also so please tell me where is the problem please """"""" and then sent me the ticket number which was [Ticket#2008041810003085] ========== second thing ========== while this period every day i tried to access the account and by chance i accessed it but by method i found by chance here is the method i entered the alertpay.com main page i found a tail of the site page "Security Center" i accessed it by opened in another tab (my bowser is Microsoft Internet explorer 7) i read all in it but i din't find anything may help me . but i tried to access my account from "Security Center" page "but the main page also opened" and the surprise that it entered my account >>>>> i surprised and be amazed for while i closed the explorer and tried to enter the site normal from the main page of the site i couldn't also to enter so i can't enter except i open a page of the site in new tab . and i was wiating the reply to my mail but no mails sent to me but i entered my account by the method i described before i found that my account is LOCKED and this message that i should to contact the support centre to remove the temp. locking of the account (but now i can't access my account my this method (i can access from any other pc) so i sent another mail to " customersupport@alertpay.com " at 26 Apr 2008 and this is the message """"""""""""""" hi sir, today when i entered my account i found you locked my account and i want to know why ??? and you should know that i mailed you before that i can't access my account and this is the ticket [Ticket#2008041810003085] and you didn't reply me till now you want to know how i enterd my account hence so you should know iam enter my account the past days by enter the main page of alertpay.com then taking any link of it in a new page then i can access my account but the main page should be opened this method i knew by chance and i was waiting you to resolve my problem but know i can't access to the account by the previuos method i told u so please tell me what the problem thanks """"""""""""""""""""""""" and today i made a search on the internet and i found this forum so i am posting now and i hope you can help me thanks all

    Hi,

    We are looking into your case.  I am not sure why you are experiencing this issue, but I have passed it to the technical support department to investigate.

     

    What browser are you using and the version?

    i tried a lot of browsers i used opera Version 9.27 Internet explorer 6 and 7 and tried also firefox also tried to use the real player explorer and thanks for your interest in my problem and i hope that my account become to work but its locked so can't use it from any pc so what about also its lock

    ok they contact me and removed the lock of my account but i cannot till now access my account from my pc tell me the problem please
