Withdraw shows completed - ID?

    Withdraw shows completed - ID?

    Hello,

     

                   In my alertpay account it shows that Withdraw have been completed but I dint received any ID to check the transaction with my bank. I heard that ICICI bank ( my bank ) have some problems and few guys dint received there funds even after alertpay completed the withdraw process. So I just wanted to ask if any such case arrise will you be able to send me transaction id? or something to ask my bank about the transaction.

    You can find the transaction ID for bank wire withdrawals if you do the following:

    01.  Login to your AlertPay account.

    02.  Once you are logged into your AlertPay account, Under "Profile" click on "Financial.

    03.  Click on "Bank Transactions" and scroll to the right and you will find your transaction ID.

    Under Financial there is nothing called " Bank Transactions "

     

    Here are the options I get

     

    Currencies

    Bank Accounts

    Credit Cards

    Payment Preferences

    Subscriptions.

     

    I searched in my whole profile but dint found anything similar to it.

    I suggest then that you send us a support ticket.  Once you've done so please post the ticket ID (they look like this:  AAA-123456) here and I will ensure that it gets directed to the proper channels.

    I have forwarded your ticket to our banking department so you should be getting a reply from them by the end of the day.
