Hello  Admins..

I tried to add my Refund Policy (also my Terms and conditions) to AlertPay payment  page, put I cannot see the full text of them.. its just show part of my policies..

is there limit in lines we can add???

is there a way to add our full text refund policy (not part of it ) ??

actually its useless that only some of our policies can be seen..

any suggestion much appreciated.

Hello Yanal,

We have increased the amount of characters accepted from 1000 to 5000. You will need to remove your existing TOS and add a new one in order for your full Terms of Service and Refund Policy to be displayed.
