Problems with paying with Visa

Since I have my alertpay account, I asociated to pay by my Visa card.

The las 4 numbers of the card are ok, but I cann't pay, it says that de email is not correct or something like that. Have paid before, just one time, and it was ok, so please tell me what to do to solve this problem.
