Dear Alertpay,
I made a bank transfer last April the 7th for a Deposit on my AP account. So far no amount is available. I suspect that perhaps the Reference number is missing on this transaction.
It should be:
Reference No:
FFAD1-95F1F-63340
I already asked for help trough main Alertpay's Support page but several days have passed and no answer was received.
Could you please try and clarify this issue?
