I have an business account in alertpay (I require that account type because MASS Payments and Multi Emails, ...)

I have the documents ready to send to become verified (Proof Of Address and Photo Identification)

Rigth now alertpay dont allowme send any proof because a problem in thier system

But to become verified it require a Proof of Company Onwership too, and i dont have a real company, i own a little business with GPT (Get Paied To) and a software website

How can i solve that?

Can i only send (Proof Of Address and Photo Identification) to become verified?

What problem are you referring to?

If you do not have a company, please select sole proprietorship as your business type.   If you have further questions specific to your account, please contact Customer Support.  We can address general concerns here.

This problem is occurring due to the file size you are attempting to upload. Please make sure the size of your verification document is less than 5MB.

lol! i think no because my files is in ZIP and less than 1MB probaly 300kbs

oh sorry i see now:

• File size must be less than 5 MB 
• We only accept: jpg/jpeg, bmp, png, gif and tiff file formats 
• Check your verification status in Account Overview

whats happen if i not became verificated after 2 days?
