    Add Funds by ATM Machine

    Hello!

    Last April 1st I went to a ATM Machine and transfer 100 Euros to my AlertPay Account. I dont insert the Bank Deposit Code because there was no field to do it. The only available fields are IBAN and AMOUNT.

    I send two emails to ALERTPAY and till now not a single answer. What can I do to solve the problem.

    My Bank Account in Portugal is in the same Bank of ALERTPAY, BES - Banco Espírito Santo

    I will have someone from the banking team contact you to trace your payment and allocate it to your account.

     Hi,

     I have the same problem. A mouth ago I transferred 20 euros to my AlertPay account. I also sent two e-mails for AlertPay, there were no answers though.

    What can I do?

     Olá Sara!

    Eu consegui resolver a minha situação rapidamente através deste forum. Responderam-me aos emails, enviei comprovativo da transferência e em cerca de 3 dias fiquei com a situação resolvida.

     

    O primeiro foi o Ferhan que me enviou email a dizer que iria ser contactado pela banking team deles e depois foi o Jay a resolver a situação.

     

    Não sei se a rapidez com que solucionaram o meu problema terá sido eu ter conta no BES e a conta AlertPay em Portugal também ser no BES.

     ps: sou de Cascais, se precisares contactar comigo podes postar aki e depois combinamos como dar o msn, email ou telefone.

     well, someone from AlertPay answered me, asked me to submit a scan of my transaction receipt. So I did... and nothing!!

     Once they get the scan, they have to provide it to the bank to locate the deposit.  You should have it allocated shortly.
