    Haven Receive Money Since 15 January

    Hi, I had withdraw money from AlertPay to my Maybank (Malaysia).

    But until now, I haven receive it, can someone gv me some guide on this?

    Please contact Customer Support.  There is no issue with withdrawals to your country.

    Cannot Withdraw money in my Account

     OK.

    I am in the United states. I have been using paypal for over 8 years and decided to try alertpay.com . I can tell you I am very disapointed.

    I have contacted the helpdesk support, but do not get any resolution. All I received was the same information they have posted on their website about not been able to do bank tranfer.

    Issue:

    I have $139 sitting in my account for over a month. The only thing I can do is look at it, but i cannot withdraw it. I have never seen anything like this.

    Lucky for me I ony did a test transaction with this system to see how it works. I was right to try it this way.

    I do a about 5 to 10K of sales every month, I think you have lost a valuable customer. I was very unhappy with paypal, but I can see why paypal is and will always be the #1

    I need to know why I can only withdraw $20 out of my account at a time. Is this a joke or for real?

    If you have fraudulent check system, I can understand that. In that case you need to know the people you are dealing with by fully check them out. You cannot hold money in hostage.

    So I need to hear from somebody or I will have to turn this over to toher organization.

    I will be sending this same message over to the helpdesk as well. This would be my 3rd one so far.

    Everybody haveing problem and difficulties with AlertPay. Since February 3 nobody can paying on my websites! This is very bad and I am really disapointed. How long must I have waiting ?

    Have our any idea how much faith and money to lose I every hours?

    I think not.

    This is really disgusting.

     Here is my answer when I asked how to get my money out.

    Hello,

    Thank you for writing to AlertPay Customer Support.  My name is Amanda and I will be happy to assist you.

    We've temporarily suspended bank transfers for US and Canadian bank accounts. We're currently working to allow bank wire withdrawals in U.S. dollars to bank accounts located in the United States. This functionality will be able soon.

    For now, your confirmed US bank account has been disabled for wire withdrawals in US dollars. Once this functionality is available, the following 2 things will happen:

    1) Your confirmed US bank account will be enabled for wire withdrawals in US dollars.
    2) You will be required to enter a Swift BIC for your account. This information is necessary to complete your wire withdrawal. We suggest you contact your bank to obtain this information so there are no delays in transferring your funds.

    So can I request a check? I am not verified yet.

    Hi,

    You can withdraw by check or withdraw by bank wire. 

    What is your ticket number for the above reply.
