Credit Card Processing Limits

AlertPay sets monthly credit card processing limits to all users to be 250USD. Is this limit per credit card or per user account?

If a customer comes to my website and pays for an order priced more than 250USD, will AlertPay decline the transaction?

Hello,

This limit is set to each user account. If your customer tries to pay for something that is over 250USD with their credit card, then the transaction will not be accepted.

Please note that the limit is reset at the beginning of the calendar month.
