"Oh hold" ticket status

    "Oh hold" ticket status

     What does "on hold" means under my ticket status? Can someone explain to me thanks.

     When your ticket is On Hold, it means that one of our representatives is waiting on information from a third party ( a bank or credit card issuer, a merchant, etc. ) or higher administration in order to close the ticket. As soon as he or she receives this information, they will reply to your ticket and close it.

     Hi:
     I didn`t want to open another post, my issue is as follows, I submited a ticket on october 19th at 20:15PM about a website due some of the requeriments were not mentioned until I completed the transaction and the time for completing my transaction was finished, I asked for the transaction to be reversed, unexpectedly I received on october 21st at 01:45AM my transaction completed with the website... so is there a way to cancel or close the ticket with AlertPay?, (of course I won`t submit a new ticket), can you provide me an e-mail to contact and explain?.

    Please respond back to the ticket you've mentioned and advise that your issue has been resolved.

    I'm glad that it could be resolved between yourself and the Seller.
