    Transfer made to NIB instead of IBAN

    Hi, im new here and recently i had a problem about making a transfer.

    i´de like to know this:

    i live in Portugal and i want to transfer money from my bank account to my account in alertpay.

    alertpay sent me the transfer details for the transfer but they gave me the IBAN and in my country, since their bank has a portuguese bank account and they got NIB ( number of bank identification) i made a domestic transfer for that NIB.

    the NIB is the exact same nunber as the IBAN except the PT50 caracters and the account is the same.

    is this possible???

    can we make transfers from my NIB to thair NIB????

    in my country this is faster than transfers for the account nunber or foreign transfers (IBAN) so why it past 5 days and no money in alertpay account?

    i´ve send a ticket to customer support with all details and still no answer.

    this is the tickets id : KST-654901.

    please admin help me. thank you.

     Hi,

     

    I´m portuguese too, and i did the transfer to their NIB with the Bank Deposit Code on the description.

    I did it on 09/07/2008, exactly 5 months from now!

    And i've waited a bit more than the 5 days, then send a ticket. It tooks 1 month to receive my answer!!

    Then i've been said that i must send them the transfer proof.

    I've send it right away. But they cant open attachments on e-mails. And then said for me to send them a fax.

    I tried to do so, but the fax is international!

    Obsviously that fax to their country will cost me much more than the tranfer i did.

    Send the details by e-mail again but writted by my self for them to track the deposit down.

    And i'm still waiting the answer!!...Just unbelievable!..

    My ticket ID is ZBC-135549...can you please admin check it or do anything about it?!

    I like  your service...but your support its just extremely slow!!
