Hi,
I´m portuguese too, and i did the transfer to their NIB with the Bank Deposit Code on the description.
I did it on 09/07/2008, exactly 5 months from now!
And i've waited a bit more than the 5 days, then send a ticket. It tooks 1 month to receive my answer!!
Then i've been said that i must send them the transfer proof.
I've send it right away. But they cant open attachments on e-mails. And then said for me to send them a fax.
I tried to do so, but the fax is international!
Obsviously that fax to their country will cost me much more than the tranfer i did.
Send the details by e-mail again but writted by my self for them to track the deposit down.
And i'm still waiting the answer!!...Just unbelievable!..
My ticket ID is ZBC-135549...can you please admin check it or do anything about it?!
I like your service...but your support its just extremely slow!!
