Hi, we cannot take this any more, it is ruining our business, most of our IPN fails now,and site is so slow and returns error pages, you have to fix this, it cannot go like this, we loose money and business like this, so do you!, before we had a 20% failed IPN, but now its gone beyond, can we please know what is going on, people are opening disputes about this, thinking we are stealing their money, after we promised them that they will get their purchases instantly ?!!

Please help us!

PS : this is not a script problem, we did lots of debugging and have recorded everything that alertpay returned, and most of the time it doesn't return anything :S

Awaiting for your reply, as this is considered an urgent matter.

 I have also been experiencing this as of late.  And it does pose a big problem.  Please could you let us know when you resolve this issue, since manually adding each subscription is tiresome and inconvenient to customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this issue caused to all of you.

As stated in this post http://dev.alertpay.com/forums/p/2773/5681.aspx#5681, the problem is caused by special characters in the name or address of the buyer and by the end of this week we will be sending encoded ipns, which will resolve this issue.
