 Hello, I'm Turkish. Yesterday I uploaded my driving license's front view and back view (in Turkish language) in png format. And also I uploaded a phone bill (TTNET Adsl) in png format to verify my account. I took the photos of them with my digital camera and connected to PC, then uploaded. Because I don't have a scanner device. On the phone bill, my father's name ( Selcuk KARAKAS ), my address and some other details are shown. Please make my verifying process quickly. I'm worried about this situation.

i has been facing the same problems with u. i regsistered my account since 11/feb/2009

unfortunately it had written that

Account Status: Pending Account Verification

The following will not be available to you during this hold:

• Make payments
• Request money
• Deposit or withdraw funds
• Close Account

In order to remove your account restriction,become AlertPay Verified.  This process can take up to 3 business days to review your verification documents

it had took about 1 week..but still cant finish the vertification
