AP support which country in Credit Card use?

I have been finding this info for something but no one has the answer.

And why Singapore is not in the supported country? Since our country is verifed for bank transfer why not also in Credit Card usage?

We cannot provide credit card use in Singapore for various reasons that will cannot divulge. We are looking to increase the amount of countries that we provide credit card use in in the future.
