I find that Alertpay is really slow at replying email

    I find that Alertpay is really slow at replying email

    I had this problem recently where i initiated 2 bank transfer, where the 1st one was a wrong one with wrong bank code input in the bank section so i fear Alertpay will had problem tally my fund transfer if i initiated from my bank so i request to cancel that and requested a 2nd one with a correct one. They reply me with a email asking for the exact date and bank code and bank, so i gave them the 1st one info except bank code as after deleting and adding a new bank info the 1st request bank code was gone. But i gave them the DATE which happen both transaction fall on different date, one on the 14 Aug and the other on the 15 Aug.

     So after waited for 2 weeks on 26 Aug, i finally got a reply saying it had been cancel and i check they cancelled both of them together where i had done an online money transfer on 24 Aug as i need the money asap. So now both transaction is cancel where will my fund go?

     Is there any Alertpay staff here can answer my question and solve this long and unsolved problem of mine. It like taking me 2 week to solve a small problem and in the end it added more problem to me.
