Hi

In my Internet banking in AUSTRALIA I went to the pay anyone section. It only pays to Australia, as You have an ANZ account here. So everything is fine except the bank deposit code. There is one place I could put it but I would like to ask you first. At the bottom of the page I can input a DESCRIPTION which will appear on Alertpay's ANZ bank account statement. Could I input the Bank Deposit code here?

I would find out if the description gets sent to the the recipient, like a memo field.  If so only enter in the numbers in that field, and do not put any other words in front of it, else the full digits may not get sent along.  

In general there should be no problem, but I would find out so not to add unnecessary delays.

Hello...I have the same problem....I want to add funds in my alert pay account from my bank account and I don't know where to enter the bank deposit code...where....please tell me more exactly where...I must to go to the ATM? to enter the code?I am from Romania,and my bank name is Raiffeisen Bank.help me please. 

 Do you have any field you can enter that gets sent to us like a MEMO, DESCRIPTION, NOTE field?

no i don't have any fields...I look for a field......when I go to my transaction overview I have this :

Not with AlertPay.  I was referring to when you go to your Internet Banking site, to make the transaction, do you have any of those fields since we need that Bank Deposit Code.

What internet banking site? Give me exaples of internet banking sites.I don't know about this.My bank is Raiffeisen Bank.where should I go to singup?

You go to Raiffeisen Bank website and do a payment from there, or from your ATM as long as you can send along with your payment your bank deposit code.  Please see the deposit instructions provided.

 I whas at my bank atm last night and I don't have any field to enter my bank deposit code.i have optin to consult my money,and to withraw money.this 2 options i have on the ATM.

 Then I suggest not using the ATM since the space may be limited.  Try your internet banking or if not, please visit your bank.

And if I visit my bank...you think i will resolve the problem....what do i must to say at the bank..please tell me.

Please see the deposit instructions.  You simply need to send along with your payment, the bank deposit code.
