Just interested, is main different between this two accounts, Personal Pro and Business that under Personal Pro you're mailing checks and bank transfer to personal name and under Business you send chekcs and bank transfer to business name?

 Integration in my site is both available with these two account, right? Or are there some restrictions?

One of the main differences is the name that is sent out when sending money. With a Business account, your business name would appear; with a Personal Pro account, your name will appear. 

Integration with your site is available with both a Personal Pro and a Business account.
